By accessing or using Beautician Index ("Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Platform Description

Beautician Index is an online directory platform that connects beauty professionals and businesses with prospective customers in Kerala, India. We do not provide beauty services ourselves.

2. User-Generated Listings
  • Listing owners are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of their submitted information.
  • By submitting a listing, you represent that you have the right to publish all submitted content including images.
  • We reserve the right to remove, edit, or suspend any listing that violates these Terms or applicable law.
  • We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the quality of any listed business.
3. Subscription & Payment
  • Listings are published on a paid subscription basis (currently ₹2 + GST per year).
  • All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once a listing is published, except as stated in our Refund Policy.
  • Listings expire after one (1) year from payment date unless renewed.
4. Prohibited Content

You may not submit listings or content that:

  • Is false, misleading, or fraudulent;
  • Infringes intellectual property rights;
  • Contains adult, explicit, or offensive material;
  • Promotes illegal activities;
  • Impersonates another person or business.
5. Platform Moderation Rights

We reserve the right to, at our sole discretion:

  • Remove, suspend, or modify any listing or user account;
  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason;
  • Change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform.
6. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for:

  • Any losses arising from reliance on listing information;
  • Transactions between users and listed businesses;
  • Technical interruptions, data loss, or security breaches beyond our reasonable control;
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Intellectual Property

All Platform design, code, and branding are owned by Beautician Index. User-submitted content remains the property of the submitter; by submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the Platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kozhikode, Kerala.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
