All personal data collected through this Platform, and all payments made for listing subscriptions or advertising, are received and processed by BLUEPEMA LLP on behalf of Beautician Index. By using this Platform you acknowledge that BLUEPEMA LLP is the data controller and merchant of record for all transactions.

Beautician Index ("we", "our", or "the Platform"), owned and operated by BLUEPEMA LLP, values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use https://beauticianindex.com/.

  • Account data: name, email address, phone number when you register or list a business.
  • Business listing data: address, service details, photos, and other information you voluntarily submit.
  • Payment data: transaction IDs and order references via Razorpay. All payment amounts are collected by BLUEPEMA LLP. We do not store card or bank details.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, search terms, browser type, and IP address via server logs.
  • Google OAuth: if you sign in with Google, we receive your public profile name and email only.
2. How We Use Your Information
  • To create and manage your account and business listing.
  • To process payments and verify transactions.
  • To display your business information to prospective customers.
  • To send you important service-related notifications.
  • To improve the Platform and prevent fraud.
3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Razorpay – payment processing services (payments are settled to BLUEPEMA LLP).
  • Google – OAuth authentication.

Listing data is retained for the duration of your subscription and up to 90 days after expiry. Account data is retained until you request deletion.

We use HTTPS encryption, secure session handling, and password hashing (bcrypt) to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure.
