Advertising Policy

Beautician Index offers advertising opportunities on our homepage carousel and premium listing placements. All advertisers must comply with this Advertising Policy.

1. Advertiser Responsibility
  • Advertisers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and truthfulness of all advertising content submitted.
  • By submitting an advertisement, the advertiser warrants that the content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Beautician Index does not verify the claims made in advertisements. Any disputes arising from advertised content are the sole responsibility of the advertiser.
2. Prohibited Advertising Content

We will not accept advertisements that:

  • Contain false, misleading, or deceptive claims;
  • Promote counterfeit, illegal, or dangerous products;
  • Include adult-oriented, sexually explicit, or offensive material;
  • Discriminate based on gender, religion, caste, nationality, or disability;
  • Compete directly with Beautician Index services in a predatory manner;
  • Contain malware links, redirect chains, or phishing content.
3. Ad Approval Process

All advertisements are subject to review and approval by our admin team before publication. We reserve the right to reject or remove any advertisement at our sole discretion without refund if it violates this Policy.

4. Ad Placement
  • Homepage Carousel: Rotating banner displayed on the homepage. Recommended resolution: 1280×720px (16:9). SVG format supported.
  • Featured Listings: Priority placement in search results.
5. Image & Content Standards
  • Banner images must be high quality, professional, and relevant to the beauty industry.
  • Text overlaid on images must be legible on both desktop and mobile devices.
  • Images must not contain watermarks of competing platforms.
6. Liability Limitation

Beautician Index is not liable for:

  • The accuracy of claims made in advertisements;
  • Any losses incurred by users acting on advertised information;
  • Advertiser non-delivery of promised services or products.
7. Ad Pricing & Payment

Advertising fees are fixed and non-refundable once the ad is published. Contact us for current pricing and availability.

8. Policy Enforcement

Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal of the advertisement and/or suspension of the advertiser's account without refund.
