All listing subscription and advertising fees collected through this Platform are received by BLUEPEMA LLP, the legal entity that owns and operates Beautician Index. Any refund approvals are processed by BLUEPEMA LLP.
All listing subscription fees are non-refundable once the listing is published and made live.
1. General Policy

Beautician Index, operated by BLUEPEMA LLP, charges a one-time annual subscription fee for business listings. Due to the digital nature of this service, fees are non-refundable once:

  • Your listing has been reviewed and published on the Platform; or
  • 48 hours have elapsed since successful payment, whichever comes first.
2. Exceptions – Refund May Be Considered

A full refund may be issued in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment: You were charged twice for the same listing due to a technical error.
  • Listing not activated: Your payment was deducted but your listing was never published due to a system fault (not due to policy violations).
  • Platform discontinuation: Beautician Index (BLUEPEMA LLP) permanently shuts down operations within 30 days of your payment.
3. How to Request a Refund

To raise a refund request:

  1. Email us at info@beauticianindex.com within 7 days of payment.
  2. Include your Razorpay Order ID, registered email, and reason for the request.
  3. We will review and respond within 7 business days.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to Razorpay's processing timeline.

4. Listing Suspension / Removal

If your listing is suspended or removed due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions or misrepresentation of information, no refund will be issued.

5. Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions are not auto-renewed. You are responsible for renewing your listing before it expires. Failure to renew will result in listing removal; no refund is applicable for un-renewed listings.
