Refund Policy

All listing subscription fees are non-refundable once the listing is published and made live.
1. General Policy

Beautician Index charges a one-time annual subscription fee for business listings. Due to the digital nature of this service, fees are non-refundable once:

  • Your listing has been reviewed and published on the Platform; or
  • 48 hours have elapsed since successful payment, whichever comes first.
2. Exceptions – Refund May Be Considered

A full refund may be issued in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment: You were charged twice for the same listing due to a technical error.
  • Listing not activated: Your payment was deducted but your listing was never published due to a system fault (not due to policy violations).
  • Platform discontinuation: Beautician Index permanently shuts down operations within 30 days of your payment.
3. How to Request a Refund

To raise a refund request:

  1. Email us at info@beauticianindex.com within 7 days of payment.
  2. Include your Razorpay Order ID, registered email, and reason for the request.
  3. We will review and respond within 7 business days.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to Razorpay's processing timeline.

4. Listing Suspension / Removal

If your listing is suspended or removed due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions or misrepresentation of information, no refund will be issued.

5. Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions are not auto-renewed. You are responsible for renewing your listing before it expires. Failure to renew will result in listing removal; no refund is applicable for un-renewed listings.
